Tottenham Hotspur will be targeting another Premier League win when they host AFC Bournemouth at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on August 30.

Current Form

Spurs emerged as 2-0 winners over Manchester City away on August 23 and they are unbeaten in their last two matches in the league.

Tottenham defeated Burnley FC in their last home game on August 16 and the win ended their three-match winless run in the Premier League at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth claimed a 1-0 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers at home on August 23 and it was their second win in their last three games in the league.

However, the Cherries are winless in their last two matches in the Premier League, having registered two back-to-back defeats on the road.

Team News

Tottenham have Radu Drăgușin, Dejan Kulusevski, James Maddison, Destiny Udogie, Dane Scarlett, Bryan Gil, Manor Solomon and Kota Takai on their long injury list, but the club has no suspension concerns.

Bournemouth, on the other hand, also do not have any suspension concerns, but Enes Unal and Lewis Cook are the two players on the club's injury list presently.

Quotes

"From every game you learn. From games where you don’t get the result you want, you learn maybe even more," Spurs manager Thomas Frank said after masterminding a win over Man City.

"I think in some ways the other thing was a final, this was away at the Etihad. One of the most difficult places to go to, but the defensive principles are more and more and then I think the mentality is the key thing.

"You need mentality to win games like this."

Head-to-Head

Tottenham and Bournemouth drew 2-2 in their last meeting in the league, which was on March 9 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Therefore, the Cherries are undefeated in their last two matches in the Premier League against Spurs, having registered one win and one draw.
